November 2008 - MeFo.com Open for Business
Zagweb created a Web2.0 socially oriented web application for the Fort-Myers based start-up PeopleAppraisal LLC. Published under both PeopleAppraisal.com and the short domain name MeFo.com, the web site will give the ability to its customer base to praise and/or critique individuals. As with many of its incubation projects, Zagweb is also a share holder in the company.
October 20, 2008 - Sarasota Ballet goes Web2.0
Zagweb has become the primary technology partner for the Sarasota Ballet of Florida, Inc. Zagweb will be developing a new
web site for the ballet as well as providing internet marketing and technical support services.
The new web site, expected to launch before the end of 2008, will give the Sarasota Ballet the ability to better promote its portfolio of activities. The new design
and Web2.0 features of the web site will allow for a more diversified and rapid world wide distribution while displaying richer visual content.
September 15, 2008 - Zagweb CMS First HUD Approved
Zagweb is the first to implement HUD's ARM (formerly named CARS) system and supported HUD's development team in the process. As the like of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Zagweb offers an online management system to all housing agencies in the US. Back in 2005 by act of congress HUD was required to cross the digital divide and create a system that would allow participating housing agencies to submit their annual reports digitally, leaving between the antiquated yearly manual audit. Under its first phase the project was named CARS for which Zagweb was the first CMS vendor in the US to pass the HUD approval. Before going live HUD decided to upgrade and rename the project ARM. The new system is planned to go live January 2009.
